This is an excellent, practical book for anyone setting up their own business.  It avoids all the complicated  tax laws and accounting procedures to teach the basics of how to run a successful business using common sense, discusses the biggest cause of business failure, operating costs, market potential, researching, changing with the times, hands on , which business to pursue, inventory and more.  The authors share mistakes they made with their large business (related to the points being taught)and how they pulled themselves out.  The book is packed with examples of real situations.  I've read a lot of books along this line and this is the most straightforward and interesting of all.  Ages 13 yrs - adult
