History Portfolio Ancient - Teacher (Resources) - by Barbara Shukin - $23.95

This is a book of resources for filling the original history portfolio.  Laid out identically to the original, which your children will be filling in over a year, this resource has line drawings, crosswords, word searches, narration suggestions, and other suggestions to put into each gap.  You may not use all of them, but I found the ideas were just what I needed to keep me form running out of ideas of what to do each day to stay on topic and keep the children motivated.  Either cut out the pages and glue into your portfolio, or photocopy them.

The page opposite is part of the segment on Ancient Rome.   Apart from two pictures and a crossword, it suggests  writing a report on the Etruscans.
